Spanish Help for Committed Teachers

We believe that all the adults in and around the school environment are teachers:

administration, classroom and specials teachers, office professionals, counselors and service-providers, family engagement staff, and bus drivers, too.

Our Facebook Group offers free support for educators who want to start improving their Spanish right away for free. It is responsive to the needs and priorities of the group, and includes two opportunities to ask questions live every month.

Please know that the Facebook Group does not offer a structured class, as it is a community of all different roles at all different levels. It does offer comradery with like-minded educators who, like you, want to build relationships with Spanish-speaking students and families, who want to be more inclusive professionals, and who are willing to take consistent action to improve. It offers opportunities to engage at any level of Spanish ability, and to learn from each other.

Another way to jumpstart your Spanish today is to sign up for the 5-Day Spanish Challenge.

There is no background knowledge requirement to get started with the 5-Day Spanish Challenge. It is specifically designed to get those who accept the challenge to say something in Spanish every single day, and it will provide guidance each step of the way.

The way we have set it up, whether you are starting from scratch or have been taking Spanish for years, the challenge gives you an opportunity to get un-stuck, gain confidence, build relationships, and open doors for ongoing learning.
